“Pagalbos moterims linija” (Women’s helpline) provides free emotional support by phone and online 24 hours a day. Only last year, We answer more than 26,000 calls and respond to more than 1300 emails and incoming messages every year.

Emotional support calls 8 800 66366

If you call 8 800 66366, we will not see your phone number and we will not record your conversations.
During a call, with the prior consent of a person, personal data may only be collected in an emergency where there is a real threat to your life or the lives of those around you (eg in the case of violence, suicide risk, etc.). In this case, we collect caller location data so that we can call an ambulance. We transfer the caller’s location to the ambulance service and do not save it on the Women’s Helpline.

Emotional support emails

If you send us an email for emotional support, please indicate your email address. email address so we can write you a reply. We no longer collect any personal data unless you choose to disclose such data to us.
After we reply, we depersonalize the data and keep the emails anonymous.

If you start an online conversation with us for emotional support, please indicate your Name or Nickname, Age, Gender, Main topic of the conversation. This information helps the volunteer to understand the situation better and faster. You decide for yourself how accurate the information is.
Your IP address and the name of the Internet browser are automatically saved in the chat history. Chat history is periodically deleted and can be stored for up to 4 months.
We do not disclose the content of conversations and your other data to any third parties, with the exception of information about planned serious crimes (e.g. murder), which we are required by law to pass on to law enforcement authorities.

Feedback

If you send us feedback about our services or website, we do not collect any personal data unless you choose to disclose such data to us.
All feedback is kept anonymous.
